When you go into a jumping competition with your opponent most likely a melee class(Dragonica gold), the key is of course the timing. If you manage to make your opponent land before you do, then its the perfect time to use cutdown.

Its kinda hard to explain. Its like just before your opponent land, you use Cutdown and it will hit your opponent, provided you are high enough in the air. That is the only timing suitable to use Cutdown if your opponent is good. It will be very easy of course if your opponent gives you plenty of openings. The normal thing everyone will do is of course to follow with a storm blade.
